Important Notice

These are the terms and conditions upon which we provide GoldMind Ventures, LLC websites. By accessing the site, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not use or access the site.

Refund, Return, and Cancellations

There are NO refunds, returns, and cancellations for any digital products, live events, or purchases. There are no refunds for private hypnotherapy sessions with Luanna Williams after a purchase has been processed. Our aim is for you to be absolutely happy with your product. If for some reason you are not, please email us at contact@goldmindventures.com and we will make every effort to amend the situation.

Payment Plan Agreements

The money (detailed on this transaction and receipt) will be repaid in a series of payments, via your Credit Card, as outlined in the accompanying letter to your transaction, and the specific terms of the agreement. By purchasing a product with payment plan terms, you hereby authorize GoldMind Ventures, LLC to charge these installments to your credit card.

Subscription Agreement

You hereby agree to submit monthly payments for a minimum of 3 months from the date of your initial purchase. Requests to cancel a subscription must be received at least 72 hours before the next billing date.

Rights Granted/Rights Reserved

You acknowledge that the content is made available to you for your personal use only and that you may download the content onto one computer hard drive. You agree not to copy, reproduce, transmit, distribute, publish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works of the content.

Warranty

The site and the content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and we make no warranties or representations, whether express or implied, in relation to the site or the content, including but not limited to, implied warranties or conditions or completeness, accuracy, satisfactory quality, and fitness for a particular purpose.
